Qualifications

Degree in computer science/engineering or equivalent experience.
10+ years of software engineering delivery experience including 3+ years in a leadership role.
Proven track record leading large cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Define and execute a vision for AI-powered search improving conversion and revenue.
Architect and implement platforms supporting unified commerce strategies.
Lead engineering teams ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
Drive modernization of search infrastructure using cloud-native and AI technologies.
Build and scale search science capabilities including relevance tuning and personalization.
