Job summary

Genuine Parts Company seeks a Manager of Product Management in Digital Commerce Experience to define and create innovative products. You will lead cross-functional teams across engineering, UX, and business partners to drive customer-led solutions and overall product roadmaps.

Location includes two possible offices (Duluth or Atlanta) with a hybrid remote schedule. You will mentor product managers and align strategy with enterprise goals, delivering high-value products and improving customer

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of relevant work experience.
• 3+ years designing & building data science/ML solutions.
• 3+ years collaborating with engineering teams on AI/ML projects.
• Experience in Digital Commerce, especially Product Search/Discovery and/or Product Data Management.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to identify capabilities and plan strategies.
• Define value propositions, OKRs, and success metrics.
• Lead cross-functional product teams to deliver high-impact products.
• Mentor and develop product managers and other team members.
• Guide product strategy and drive modern software development practices.
