Qualifications

• 10+ years' experience in software engineering delivery, including 3+ years in leadership roles.
• Experience managing a team of 25+ FTE internal and extended delivery resources.
• Ability to attract, motivate, and retain world-class IT talent.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy, engineering, and applied AI capabilities for search platforms.
• Partner with Product and GPC teams to define and execute AI-powered search vision.
• Recruit, manage, and motivate a team of engineers and engineering managers.
