Job summary

SpotOn is seeking an experienced Product Leader to guide Intelligence, Reporting, and AI teams, reporting to the Global Head of Product Management. You will define strategy, roadmaps, and drive impactful product outcomes in a fast-moving restaurant tech environment.

You will lead Product Managers, work with C-Suite leadership, and collaborate across Engineering, Design, Sales and Support to deliver high-value features that delight customers and differentiate SpotOn in the market.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience, including 5+ years leading and coaching a team of PMs.
• Fluency with AI tools like Claude, Vercel, or similar.
• Evidence of customer immersion and understanding customer needs through direct experience in the field.
• Experience in metrics-driven environments using data to inform decisions.
• Strong understanding of the product lifecycle and delivering high-quality products.
• Ability to manage multiple projects iteratively and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Define the product strategy for assigned areas and contribute to SpotOn’s overall roadmap.
• Be data-driven, tracking metrics to meet company and customer goals.
• Manage and mentor a team of Product Managers, guiding roadmap and priorities.
• Maintain forward-looking product vision in an AI-enhanced landscape.
• Collaborate across Engineering, Design, Sales and Support to prioritize new functionality.
• Assess market competition, customer preferences, and industry trends to identify opportunities.
