Job summary

SpotOn is seeking a seasoned Product Leader to guide Intelligence, Reporting, and AI initiatives. You will report to the Global Head of Product Management and work with the C-Suite to shape strategy, roadmaps, and innovative products.

You will manage a team of Product Managers, emphasize data-driven decision making, and collaborate across Engineering, Design, Sales, and Support to deliver high-impact solutions in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant product management experience or equivalent.
• 5+ years managing and coaching a team of Product Managers.
• Fluency with AI tools like Claude, Vercel, or similar.
• Experience and comfort operating in metrics-driven environments.
• Strong understanding of the product development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Define the product strategy for your product areas and contribute to SpotOn's overall strategy.
• Be data driven and focused on metrics to achieve company and customer goals.
• Lead and coach a team of Product Managers through opportunities, roadmaps, and priorities.
• Think strategically about AI and drive future product vision and design.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Product Management, Sales and Support.
• Assess market competition, client preferences, and industry trends to identify opportunities.
