SpotOn is seeking an experienced Product Leader to guide Intelligence, Reporting, and AI initiatives. You will shape strategy, define roadmaps, and work with our C-Suite to deliver innovative products that meet client needs and market trends.

You will lead a team of Product Managers, collaborate cross-functionally, and leverage AI capabilities to stay ahead in a rapidly evolving industry. This role emphasizes strategic thinking, clear communication, and measured decision-making.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant product management experience or equivalent, with at least 5 years managing and coaching a team of Product Managers.
• Fluency with AI tools like Claude, Vercel, or similar.
• Experience operating in metrics-driven environments and using data to inform decisions.
• Strong understanding of the product development lifecycle and iterative delivery.

Responsibilities

• Define the product strategy for your product areas and contribute to SpotOn’s overall strategy.
• Be data driven, access metrics, and drive initiatives to meet company and customer goals.
• Manage a team of Product Managers, explore market opportunities, roadmaps, and prioritization.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Product Management, Sales and Support to request new features responsibly.
• Assess market competition, client preferences, and industry trends to identify opportunities.
