Power Digital is seeking a seasoned Marketing Analytics leader to own client measurement strategies, including MMM and incrementality design, and to translate complex data into actionable marketing guidance. You will guide client campaigns, communicate insights clearly, and mentor a growing team of analysts.

You''ll collaborate with account teams to maintain high client sentiment and revenue retention, leveraging AI to increase efficiency and impact on measurable outcomes.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in Marketing Analytics and Measurement.
• 3+ years of agency experience.
• Proficiency in R, Python, and SQL.
• Experience with ETL tools Funnel.io and Fivetran.
• Strong business acumen and ability to translate data into insights.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated leadership with 2–3 direct reports.

Responsabilidades

• Manage measurement strategy for a book of clients, including MMM and MMT.
• Use R, SQL, and Python to derive meaningful insights from large datasets.
• Collaborate with account teams to build long-term client relationships.
• Explain advanced measurement methodologies to internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide actionable insights aligned with client goals.
• Mentor Measurement Analysts and develop analytics rigor.
• Drive efficiencies in measurement processes and leverage AI where relevant.
• Utilize Power Digital's Nova ecosystem within the department.
