State Street is seeking a seasoned marketing analytics leader to drive performance insights, testing, and AI-enabled decisions across marketing teams and business partners. You will partner with Technology, Finance, Risk, and Compliance to build reliable analytics that guide budgets and campaigns in a complex B2B/B2C context.
The role emphasizes business judgment, clear communication, and the ability to foster a growth-minded analytics culture, with a focus on practical AI-enabled insights.
We are looking for a seasoned marketing analytics leader who is both a creative problem-solver and a rigorous operator. This person will help marketers and business partners understand what drives marketing performance, what success looks like and where we can make better decisions with our budgets across businesses.
The right leader knows how to work with data and technology teams to make reliable information easier to access and use. They can turn that data into practical insights-spotting trends and behaviors, finding opportunities to improve performance, and building a strong test-and-learn culture. They will also help us reimagine marketing analytics for the AI era, using automation and AI-enabled insights to shorten the path from a question to a decision and to improve how campaigns are planned, run and optimized.
This role calls for strong business judgment, clear communication and the ability to build trusted relationships across Marketing, the businesses, Technology, Enterprise Data & AI, Finance, Operations, Risk, Legal and Compliance. Financial services experience is important, along with a practical understanding of marketing analytics in complex B2B and B2B2C models where point-of-sale data may be limited or unavailable. The role reports to the Head of Digital Strategy & Channel Performance, Senior Vice President, and leads marketing analytics, measurement and insights across the organization.
Better intelligence and insights should lead to better marketing decisions. This leader will give teams a clear view of what is working, what is not and why. Their work will help us understand our audiences and clients, improve campaigns and channels, make smarter investment choices and show how Marketing contributes to business results. They will build a more consistent, trusted and useful analytics capability-and an open, growth-minded culture that connects analysis to action. As a coach and advocate, they will raise our maturity through practical steps, creative problem-solving and visible progress rather than waiting for perfect data, major new infrastructure or ideal conditions. They will also help us use AI to move faster and leapfrog traditional stages of analytics maturity, while applying sound judgment and appropriate controls.
