Datadog is seeking a Manager for the Internal Product Analytics team to directly supervise data analysts and partner with PMs. You will guide analytics delivery, build AI-powered workflows, and align with Finance, Engineering, and Revenue teams.

• 6+ years in product analytics, data analytics, or related field.
• 2+ years managing or leading a team.
• Proven ability to partner with product managers and leaders.

Responsibilities

• Guide and grow the Internal Product Analytics team.
• Partner with the PM org to frame questions and shape analysis.
• Own recurring analytics for business reviews, usage, pricing, and reporting.
• Build AI-first analytics workflows and agents to speed insight generation.
• Collaborate with Finance, Data Platform, Engineering, and Revenue teams.
