Job summary

Clinisys is seeking a Manager, Integrations to lead a team of integration professionals and to manage the delivery of interfaces and interoperability solutions across Clinisys’ portfolio.

You will provide technical oversight, drive standards, mentor staff, and partner with customers and leadership to ensure successful project outcomes. Remote or in-office work options are available with travel as required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing technical, implementation, or professional services teams.
• Strong application integration experience (HL7, APIs, web services, JSON, XML).
• Experience with integration platforms such as Mirth, Rhapsody, Corepoint, or similar technologies.
• Experience delivering customer-facing software implementation or interoperability projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Healthcare IT, Engineering, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of integration professionals.
• Oversee the delivery of interface and interoperability projects across customer environments.
• Establish and maintain integration standards, methodologies, and best practices.
• Provide guidance on interface design, implementation, testing, deployment, and support.
• Communicate project status, risks, and recommendations to customer and executive stakeholders.
• Serve as the senior escalation point for complex integration challenges.
• Drive consistency, quality, and efficiency across integration delivery activities.
• Partner with project teams, customers, and leadership to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Contribute to resource planning, forecasting, and operational performance management.
• Promote adoption of standard Clinisys integration capabilities and supported solutions.
