Job summary

Clinisys is seeking a Manager, Integrations to lead a team delivering interface and interoperability solutions across the Clinisys portfolio. You will provide people leadership, technical oversight, and operational management for customer integration projects.

The role requires strong experience in HL7, APIs, and integration platforms (Mirth, Rhapsody, Corepoint) and a track record of delivering customer-facing software implementations. Remote work option available within the United States.

Qualifications

• Proven track record managing technical, implementation, or professional services teams.
• Strong application integration experience including HL7, APIs, JSON/XML.
• Experience with LIS or healthcare interoperability is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of integration professionals.
• Oversee delivery of interface and interoperability projects.
• Establish integration standards and best practices.
• Provide guidance on design, testing, deployment, and support.
• Communicate status, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Drive consistency, quality, and efficiency in delivery.
