Job summary

Clinisys in Raleigh, NC seeks an AI Engineer to build, release, and operate AI solutions across the business. You will collaborate with AI Business Partners to turn needs into secure, scalable, and cost-efficient applications and help establish reusable patterns and data foundations.

You will design end-to-end AI solutions, integrate with MS 365, ServiceNow, CRM, ERP, and APIs, and ensure quality, security, and robust production operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in CS, Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years in software, data, or cloud engineering with at least 1 year building AI or LLM solutions.
• Strong Python and/or C#/.NET, TypeScript, and SQL skills.
• Hands-on experience with Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, Copilot Studio, or similar platforms.
• Experience with RAG, prompt design, agents, API integration, data pipelines, and data modeling.
• Familiarity with CI/CD, Git, infrastructure as code, cloud security, identity, and data privacy.

Responsibilities

• Design and build AI solutions using agents, workflows, retrieval, and integrations.
• Select models and approaches balancing quality, speed, and cost.
• Build reusable components and contribute to standards.
• Connect solutions to Microsoft 365, ServiceNow, CRM, ERP, APIs.
• Model enterprise data for reporting and AI use.
• Ensure data available securely across Microsoft ecosystem.
