Chase is seeking a Strategic Analytics Manager in Data & Analytics to build an AI-centric Home Lending Operations analytics function. You will lead a team to design end-to-end analyses, deliver actionable insights to senior leadership, and drive improvements in customer outcomes and operational efficiency.

You will partner with Operations, Product, Technology, and Finance to embed data-driven decision making, develop always-on reporting, and implement day-one metrics for new releases.

Competenze

• Quantitative bachelor’s or advanced degree in a relevant field (e.g., CS, Eng, OR, Stats).
• 7+ years of experience in analytics roles.
• 3+ years of people-management experience leading analytics teams.

Mansioni

• Partner with Operations, Product, Technology, Finance, and Strategy teams on Home Lending Ops initiatives.
• Build, lead, and develop a high-performing analytics team with clear direction and coaching.
• Own analytics delivery end to end from problem framing to clear recommendations for senior stakeholders.
• Anticipate leadership questions and deliver robust, first-version analyses with defensible reasoning.
• Set analytics quality standards and ensure reproducibility, data accuracy, and strong controls.
• Define data table requirements and align with Data/Tech teams to support analysis.
• Develop dashboards with key metrics and implement production reporting with BI teams.
• Establish day-one measurements for new product releases and design experiments (A/B).
• Identify high-value AI/ML use cases to automate processes and improve customer experiences.
