Job summary

Hippocratic AI in Pennsylvania is seeking a Deployment Strategist to own healthcare AI deployments end-to-end—from discovery and design to build, launch, adoption, and measurable impact for health systems, providers, payors, or life sciences.

You will work with engineers, product managers, customer success, and clinical experts, aligning product capabilities with operational needs, and driving hands-on execution through ambiguity in real clinical environments.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in deployment, implementation, strategic operations, or technical program management.
• Direct healthcare customer experience or work inside a healthcare organization.
• Working knowledge of provider/payor or life sciences workflows and dynamics.
• Ability to interrogate data models, analyze and validate outputs.
• Hands-on engineering systems experience: JSON, terminals, git workflows.
• Provenly managed complex customer engagements with multiple stakeholders.
• BA/BS in a technical field such as engineering, science, analytics, or economics.

Responsibilities

• Understand the real problem behind customer requests to scope a fitting solution.
• Design and build agents for complex healthcare conversations.
• Map data flows from systems to conversations and back as insights.
• Own end-to-end implementation and drive adoption with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with forward-deployed engineers to define new features.
• Create repeatable playbooks, templates, and best practices from deployments.
• Develop analytics dashboards to track deployment performance.
• Use deployment insights to inform internal product and process improvements.
