Job summary

Morningstar is recruiting a Head of Product, Software to steer the Morningstar Direct Platform. You will shepherd the transition to AI-powered workflows, own end-to-end client experiences, and shape monetization within an enterprise SaaS environment.

You will lead a global team, partner with CTO and Data & Agentic groups, and drive growth through innovative product strategy and strong go-to-market alignment.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of product management experience in large-scale, enterprise SaaS environments.
• Strong background in FinTech / Financial Services and SaaS models.
• Proven track record translating strategy into high-growth product roadmaps.
• Experience leading AI-powered workflows and client experiences.
• Experience leveraging AI-powered or agentic products to improve usability.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a unified product vision aligned to business strategy across regions, segments, and personas.
• Own the design and evolution of workflows that define how financial professionals operate on the platform.
• Define requirements for platform capabilities in partnership with the CTO and Data & Agentic Product teams.
• Align product development with go-to-market to reflect what is sold and drive growth.
• Build and lead a high-performing, globally distributed team.
