Job summary

BNY seeks a Director, Technical Product Manager to lead AI Hub initiatives. You will define vision and drive execution of AI-powered capabilities, shaping how developers and builders use the firm’s central platform.

You will partner with engineering and design to translate complex opportunities into clear product plans, roadmaps, and measurable outcomes, while guiding launches and ongoing adoption across the org.

Qualifications

10+ years in product management, including building and scaling technical products.
Deep knowledge of AI systems and product strategies for the software lifecycle.
Experience leading complex product areas with cross-functional teams.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Drive product discovery, requirements definition, and execution discipline across the lifecycle.
Lead strategy for large AI-powered capabilities within the AI Hub platform.
Define vision, roadmap, prioritization, and execution plans for assigned domains.
Influence product direction and act as a SME within the PM team and org.
Collaborate with engineering, design, and stakeholders to translate opportunities into plans.
Lead product launches, adoption, and enablement for major releases.
