Job summary

Fireworks AI seeks a Head of Business Systems to build and lead the systems, processes, and technology foundation necessary for rapid scaling. You will own the strategy and execution for enterprise applications spanning finance, accounting, data, and operations, ensuring scalable, secure, and well-governed platforms.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience across Business Systems, Enterprise Applications, IT, or related functions.
• 5+ years leading teams in a rapidly growing or complex enterprise environment.
• Demonstrated ownership of large-scale enterprise application portfolios and transformation initiatives.
• Deep experience with major enterprise platforms (Salesforce, NetSuite, Oracle) and integrations.
• Experience evaluating, implementing, and integrating AI tools into enterprise workflows.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the company-wide business systems architecture and multi-year roadmap.
• Lead cross-functional transformation programs across GTM, Finance, Data, and Operations.
• Evaluate AI-enabled features and third-party AI tools for enterprise use cases.
• Build and lead a high-performing Business Systems team; establish governance standards.
• Partner with senior leaders to translate business needs into scalable systems and processes.
