Job summary

Fireworks is seeking a Head of Process & Controls to design and lead scalable processes across AI infrastructure, usage analytics, billing, and procurement. You will establish control frameworks, drive automation, and partner with Engineering, Finance, Product, and Sales Operations to reduce manual work and improve data integrity in a rapidly evolving AI platform.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading process transformation, controllership, or finance operations.
• Demonstrated leadership in cross-functional, fast-growing tech companies.
• Strong knowledge of Order-to-Cash and Purchase-to-Pay processes.

Responsibilities

• Build foundational process architecture for AI infrastructure and related financial ops.
• Standardize workflows, define ownership, controls, and data handoffs across functions.
• Lead AI-enabled automation initiatives to reduce manual effort and improve accuracy.
• Develop governance frameworks, data definitions, and control matrices.
• Partner with Engineering, Finance, Accounting, Procurement, and Sales Ops to scale processes.
