Job summary

Develop Health Inc. in Menlo Park is seeking a Lead Analytics Engineer to own analytics across the platform and customer-facing products used by providers, pharmacies, and payers.

You'll build trusted semantic models, scalable analytics agents, and an AI-native analytics system, while strengthening dbt and Snowflake foundations.

This hands-on IC role requires 3+ years in analytics or data engineering and a passion for turning data into actionable decisions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on analytics or data engineering experience.
• Demonstrated ability to turn ambiguous questions into actionable analysis and data products.
• Deep expertise in SQL and dbt; experience with Snowflake or another modern cloud data warehouse.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with ability to explain complex data to non-technical partners.

Responsibilities

• Own analytics at Develop Health and evolve the customer-facing analytics product.
• Strengthen dbt and Snowflake foundation and establish trusted metrics for patient access and performance.
• Build an AI-native analytics platform with agents, reusable skills, and self-service workflows.
• Own the analytics roadmap, data platform, stakeholder relationships, and internal customer-facing analytics.
