Job summary

Qualifications
- Breadth of leadership and collaboration experience, capable of coaching others.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and hands-on ETL/ELT experience.
- Experience with API design and integration patterns (REST/GraphQL).
- Experience with data governance and cataloging best practices.
- Experience supporting RAG pipelines, vector databases, or similar AI data access patterns.
Responsibilities
- Design and build data pipelines and integration patterns for core enterprise systems to Medical Affairs' AI platforms.
- Ensure data pipelines are reusable across solutions and meet latency thresholds.
- Collaborate with Solution Architecture to implement RAG, vector databases, and GraphRAG patterns.
- Maintain data governance, labeling, and monitoring for quality and drift.
- Ensure compliance with GDPR, HIPAA, and GxP data privacy standards.
