Job summary

Armada is seeking a senior commercial leader to originate and convert AI compute demand for GPU capacity across its AI factory deployments. You will build relationships with senior decision-makers, qualify opportunities by GPU type, geography, and timing, and shape commercial structures such as offtake agreements and capacity reservations.

Qualifications

• Senior relationships with the AI compute ecosystem across NVIDIA, cloud providers, AI buyers, and data-center operators.
• Experience commercializing GPU capacity, cloud infrastructure, datacenters, or AI platforms.
• Experience structuring and closing complex infrastructure deals: offtake, capacity reservations, anchor tenancy, revenue-sharing.
• Originating opportunities in a fast-moving market without a fixed playbook.
• Technical literacy to discuss GPUs, power, cooling, latency, and deployment constraints.
• Strong pipeline discipline with precise account notes and follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Originate and convert AI compute demand for GPU capacity across deployments.
• Build a qualified pipeline of offtake opportunities and anchor tenants.
• Map customer requirements to sites, GPU configurations, timelines, and commercial terms.
• Own strategic accounts and relationships with senior decision-makers.
• Shape offtake agreements, capacity reservations, and revenue-sharing structures.
• Coordinate with legal, finance, product, and executive teams to close deals.
• Provide market intelligence to inform siteselection and capacity planning.
