Synchrony Financial is seeking a VP to define and execute the intelligent servicing product strategy, shaping how AI and frontline agents collaborate in servicing and contact-center experiences. The role leads the roadmap for agentic AI, orchestration, and frontline automation, partnering with data science, risk, compliance, and design to deliver measurable impact.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of relevant experience in product management or equivalent.
• 8+ years leading cross-functional initiatives with measurable outcomes.
• 5+ years of Agile delivery experience including backlog management and releases.
• Experience driving AI, automation, or workflow-oriented product strategy in an enterprise.
• Translate business goals into product requirements, experiments, and roadmaps.
• Partner with engineering, architecture, and data science on integrations and tradeoffs.
• Strong analytical fluency to inform prioritization and decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholders at all levels.
• Willingness to work Eastern Time hours and travel as required.

Responsabilidades

• Define and maintain a multi-quarter vision and roadmap for agentic AI and frontline automation.
• Identify high-value AI opportunities to improve customer outcomes and agent productivity.
• Shape use cases across human-in-the-loop experiences and automation patterns.
• Lead end-to-end product definition, scope, testing, releases, and optimization.
• Partner with operations, tech, data science, risk, compliance, and design teams.
• Provide executive updates on strategy, risks, and progress.
• Design experimentation frameworks and measure outcomes to inform decisions.
• Drive adoption and change management with stakeholders and training teams.
• Ensure governance, privacy, security, and model risk controls are embedded.
