Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or Aerospace Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of RF engineering or aerospace antenna experience.
  • Deep knowledge of antenna design, RF propagation, and system integration.
  • Experience with certification requirements for airborne RF systems (FAA, DO-160, RTCA, MIL-STD).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a multi-disciplinary engineering team.
  • Oversee development, qualification, and certification of aerospace antenna systems.
  • Provide technical oversight for antenna design and manufacturing processes.
  • Drive continuous improvement in engineering processes and reliability.
  • Collaborate with program management, business development, and operations.
  • Support customer engagements, proposals, and technical presentations.
  • Manage engineering resources, budgets, and project timelines.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
