Cresset is hiring a Director, Advisor Transitions & Integration to oversee advisor and client transitions from due diligence through full integration. You will define strategy, operating model, governance, and execution standards to deliver a seamless onboarding experience for incoming advisors and their teams.

The role requires 8–10+ years in wealth management or integration roles, excellent stakeholder management, and travel readiness for ongoing acquisitions and integrations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or certifications a plus.
• 8-10+ years in financial services, wealth management, or integration-focused roles.
• Experience leading large-scale advisor transitions, acquisitions, or enterprise integrations.
• Calm, decisive leadership with executive presence under pressure.
• Willingness to travel extensively for acquisitions and post-close activities.
• Strong understanding of brokerage/custody operations and wealth tech.
• Fluency with project management tools (e.g., Asana).

Responsibilities

• Oversee advisor and client transitions from due diligence through full integration.
• Define strategy, operating model, governance, and execution standards for seamless onboarding.
• Embed with advisory practice teams and custodians to coordinate resources and resolve issues.
• Lead day-to-day integration execution with cross-functional teams and governance.
• Translate strategy into detailed workstreams, timelines, and ownership across teams.
• Oversee systems & data integration including Salesforce, Addepar, and custodians.
