Job summary

Cresset is seeking a Director, Client Service Training & Development to lead onboarding and ongoing professional development across the Client Service organization. The role partners with Human Resources, Operations, Technology, Compliance and Investments to design practical learning experiences that improve performance and client outcomes.

The successful candidate will spend substantial time with client service teams, drive change management, and support integrations during acquisitions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or professional certification preferred.
• 10+ years in wealth management or financial services with UHNW clients.
• 5+ years leading learning, onboarding, or talent development programs.
• Experience designing and evaluating adult-learning programs.
• Strong communication and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the enterprise Client Service learning strategy.
• Design scalable, role-based onboarding and training programs.
• Deliver in-person and virtual learning sessions and coaching.
• Lead onboarding for acquisitions and integrations and assist with change management.
• Partner with HR, Operations, Technology, Compliance, Investments to drive adoption.
• Evaluate learning impact using metrics and feedback to refine curricula.
