Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and five+ years in advancement services or nonprofit data management.
• Strong proficiency in Blackbaud Raiser's Edge/NXT and data integrity.
• Knowledge of advancement operations, gift processing, and fundraising reporting.
• Demonstrated management experience and collaboration with teams.
• Commitment to confidentiality and the school's mission.

Responsibilities

• Lead Advancement Services strategy, priorities, processes, and controls.
• Oversee database administration, data quality, reporting, security, and documentation.
• Lead data and analytics strategies for fundraising priorities and decision-making.
• Oversee prospect research, segmentation, and portfolio management.
• Oversee gift processing, acknowledgment, and reconciliation with the Business Office.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and analyses for leadership and campaigns.
• Train staff on database and reporting tools.
