Job summary

OpenAI seeks a Lead, Ads Prospecting & Growth Intelligence to own the prospecting function for SMB Ads and drive an intelligence platform across marketing and sales. You will set the vision, data standards, and platform choices, partnering across Ads Engineering, Data Science, and internal teams.

You will design enrichment workflows, build scoring and next-best-action models, and enable marketers to create audiences and triggered journeys with governance and quality checks.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience building data-driven GTM systems and customer-data products.
• Ability to define data models for unified prospect, account, contact, and advertiser data.
• Experience with identity resolution, enrichment, scoring, routing, and feedback loops.

Responsibilities

• Lead the prospecting strategy and operating model for OpenAI Ads growth.
• Define unified data models and data governance standards across platforms.
• Build enrichment, verification, and scoring workflows; evaluate vendors and APIs.
• Develop next-best-action models using fit, intent, activity, and lifecycle signals.
• Connect intelligence to action with routing across sales, marketing, product, and campaigns.
