Job summary

Arizona Autism Charter Schools, Inc. seeks a Director of ABA Services to lead ABA programs across its charter schools and supervise BCBAs, ensuring fidelity to evidence-based practices aligned with students' IEP goals.

The role involves coaching staff, analyzing school-based data, and collaborating with campus and district leadership to improve student outcomes while maintaining ethical and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience working with students with moderate to severe disabilities.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and consultation skills.
• Data-informed decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary charter school environment.
• Master’s degree or higher in Applied Behavior Analysis, Education, Psychology, or related field.
• Active BCBA certification.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience working with students with moderate to severe disabilities.
• Experience supervising or mentoring BCBAs.
• Strong knowledge of ABA principles, PEAK programming, and structured classroom models.
• Valid Arizona IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card (or ability to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, supervision, and guidance to BCBAs and assigned ABA leadership staff.
• Oversee behavioral practice, performance expectations, professional development, and fidelity of ABA implementation.
• Support school-based data collection, progress monitoring, analysis, and reporting.
• Elevate organization-wide ABA needs, trends, concerns, and improvements.
• Train, coach, and support campus BCBAs in data-collection processes and program evaluation.
• Provide ongoing coaching and support to campus BCBAs across AZACS campuses.
• Attend, develop, schedule, and deliver professional development for BCBAs and ABA staff.
• Ensure ethical standards and guidelines are upheld across ABA services.
• Travel to AZACS campuses to observe and meet with teams.
