Job summary

Arizona Autism Clinic seeks a BCBA/LBA to lead clinical ABA services in our Arizona clinic. The candidate will oversee client treatment programs, supervise RBTs, and ensure plans remain individualized, effective, and clinically appropriate.

The BCBA/LBA will maintain their own caseload while providing supervision and guidance to RBTs. Approximately 5% of service hours are dedicated to supervision and related duties to ensure accurate program implementation.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Active BCBA certification and AZ LBA license required.
• Experience supervising RBTs and providing supervision.
• Strong data analysis and treatment planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an assigned caseload with direct clinical oversight.
• Supervise RBTs and ensure proper implementation of plans.
• Perform RBT supervision including observation, feedback, and documentation.
• Dedicate approximately 5% of service hours to supervision and related tasks.
• Conduct ongoing assessments and data-driven treatment modifications.
• Develop and update individualized treatment plans and goals.
