Job summary

ABS Kids seeks a Director of ABA Services in the United States to lead and guide ABA services, work with interdisciplinary teams, and advance quality through targeted projects. The role includes substantial clinical leadership, staff development, and program oversight.

The ideal candidate holds a BCBA certification, a Master’s degree in a related field, and at least 2+ years of experience supervising ABA programs for children with autism.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field is required.
• BCBA certification is required.
• 2+ years as an ABA instructor implementing interventions with children with autism.
• 2+ years as a supervisor designing ABA programs for children with autism.

Responsibilities

• Meet weekly or bi-weekly with assigned Behavior Analysts and lead RBTs to support clinical and administrative objectives.
• Maintain staff productivity and adequate patient supervision.
• Review clinical reports and provide feedback for improvement.
• Coach staff on working with caregivers and community collaborators.
• Oversee RBT certification process and ongoing training.
