Job summary

Top Echelon Software, LLC seeks a Board Certified or Board Eligible Otolaryngologist – Head & Neck Surgeon to join a hospital-employed ENT practice in Vermont. The position is full-time, 8am-5pm, Monday to Friday, split between two locations in Rutland.

You will provide comprehensive ENT care in inpatient and outpatient settings, perform surgeries, and collaborate with audiologists and APPs while maintaining timely documentation and participating in shared call rotation.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Completion of an accredited Otolaryngology residency program.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Otolaryngology.
• Eligible for or holding an active Vermont medical license.
• Eligible for hospital credentialing and privileges.
• Strong clinical and surgical skills with commitment to patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive ENT and head & neck surgical care in outpatient and inpatient settings.
• Diagnose and treat a broad range of otolaryngologic conditions.
• Perform surgical procedures in the operating room with dedicated block time.
• Collaborate with audiologists and advanced practice providers to coordinate patient care.
• Participate in shared call rotation with support from APPs.
• Maintain timely documentation and clinical communication.
• Contribute to quality initiatives and uphold high standards of patient care.
