Job summary

Modern Machining Solutions Inc is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Otolaryngologist – Head & Neck Surgeon to join a hospital-employed ENT practice in Rutland, Vermont. Split between two locations, the role supports outpatient and inpatient surgical care with dedicated block time.

You will diagnose and treat a broad range of ENT conditions, collaborate with audiologists and APPs, and participate in call rotations while maintaining high standards of patient care.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Completion of an Otolaryngology residency program.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Otolaryngology.
• Eligible for or holding an active Vermont medical license.
• Eligible for hospital credentialing and privileges.
• Strong clinical and surgical skills with patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive ENT and head & neck surgical care in outpatient and inpatient settings.
• Diagnose and treat a broad range of otolaryngologic conditions.
• Perform surgical procedures in the operating room with dedicated block time.
• Collaborate with audiologists and APPs to coordinate patient care.
• Participate in shared call rotation with support from APPs.
• Maintain timely documentation and clinical communication.
• Contribute to quality initiatives and uphold high standards of patient care.
