Job summary

Top Echelon LLC in Rutland, Vermont seeks a Board Certified or Board Eligible Otolaryngologist–Head & Neck Surgeon to join a hospital-employed ENT practice. Full time, 8am–5pm, Monday–Friday, split between two locations.

Provide comprehensive ENT and head & neck surgical care in outpatient and inpatient settings; diagnose and treat a broad range of conditions; perform procedures with dedicated block time; collaborate with audiologists and APPs.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Completion of an accredited Otolaryngology residency program.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Otolaryngology.
• Eligible for or holding an active Vermont medical license.
• Eligible for hospital credentialing and privileges.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive ENT and head & neck surgical care in outpatient and inpatient settings.
• Diagnose and treat a broad range of otolaryngologic conditions.
• Perform surgical procedures in the operating room with dedicated block time.
• Collaborate with audiologists and advanced practice providers to coordinate patient care.
• Participate in shared call rotation with support from APPs.
• Maintain timely documentation and clinical communication.
• Contribute to quality initiatives and uphold high standards of patient care.
