Job summary

Top Echelon Software LLC seeks a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Otolaryngologist – Head & Neck Surgeon to join a hospital-employed ENT practice in Rutland, Vermont, split between two locations. 8am-5pm, full-time, with relocation and loan repayment options.

The role involves outpatient and inpatient ENT care, collaboration with audiologists and APPs, and a shared call schedule, with emphasis on patient-centered, high-quality care.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Completion of an accredited Otolaryngology residency program.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Otolaryngology.
• Eligible for or holding an active Vermont medical license.
• Eligible for hospital credentialing and privileges.
• Strong clinical and surgical skills with commitment to patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive ENT and head & neck surgical care in outpatient and inpatient settings
• Diagnose and treat a broad range of otolaryngologic conditions
• Perform surgical procedures in the operating room with dedicated block time
• Collaborate with audiologists and advanced practice providers to coordinate patient care
• Participate in shared call rotation with support from APPs
• Maintain timely documentation and clinical communication
• Contribute to quality initiatives and uphold high standards of patient care
