United Future is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Otolaryngologist – Head & Neck Surgeon to join our hospital-employed ENT practice in Rutland, Vermont. This full-time role offers 8am–5pm hours, with split duties between two locations and a competitive compensation package including a signing bonus, relocation, and loan repayment.

Responsibilities include outpatient and inpatient ENT care, surgical procedures, collaboration with audiologists and APPs, and participation in shared call

Formación

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Completion of an accredited Otolaryngology residency program.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Otolaryngology.
• Eligible for Vermont medical license and hospital credentialing privileges.

Responsabilidades

• Provide comprehensive ENT and head & neck surgical care in outpatient and inpatient settings.
• Diagnose and treat a broad range of otolaryngologic conditions.
• Perform surgical procedures in the operating room with dedicated block time.
• Collaborate with audiologists and APPs to coordinate patient care.
• Participate in shared call rotation with support from APPs.
• Maintain timely documentation and clinical communication.
• Contribute to quality initiatives and uphold high standards of patient care.
