Job summary

Your Talent Team is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Otolaryngologist – Head & Neck Surgeon to join a hospital-employed ENT practice in Rutland, Vermont. The role is full-time, 8am-5pm, Monday through Friday, split between two locations.

You will provide comprehensive ENT surgical care, collaborate with audiologists and APPs, participate in call rotation, and contribute to quality initiatives. Competitive compensation includes signing bonus, relocation, loan repayment, and strong

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Completion of an Otolaryngology residency program
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Otolaryngology
• Eligible for Vermont medical license
• Eligible for hospital credentialing and privileges
• Strong clinical and surgical skills with commitment to patient-centered care

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive ENT and head & neck surgical care in outpatient and inpatient settings
• Diagnose and treat a broad range of otolaryngologic conditions
• Perform surgical procedures in the operating room with dedicated block time
• Collaborate with audiologists and advanced practice providers to coordinate patient care
• Participate in shared call rotation with support from APPs
• Maintain timely documentation and clinical communication
• Contribute to quality initiatives and uphold high standards of patient care
