Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 3 years of experience in healthcare operations with progressive management.
• Advanced Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint) skills.
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to collaborate across departments and externally.
• Self-starter with good judgment and decision-making.
• Knowledge of relevant state and federal healthcare regulations and payer models.

Responsibilities

• Liaison between ambulatory services, School of Medicine, and Keck Medical Center leadership.
• Coordinate program services across intradepartmental and hospital levels to grow the service line.
• Promote customer service culture and enhance patient and family experience.
• Oversee standardized care plans, patient education materials, and care pathways.
• Track outcomes and adjust programs with executive and physician leadership.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and align budgets with goals.
