Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
• 3 years healthcare operations experience with progressive management responsibilities.
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Excellent written and verbal communication, including presentations and negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain liaison between Keck Medicine of USC Ambulatory Services, Keck School of Medicine, and Keck Medical Center through meetings and communication.
• Coordinate programs and services across intradepartmental, interdepartmental, and hospital levels to grow the service line and improve patient experience.
• Promote service-line growth, physician integration, and resource utilization with ongoing process improvement and quality control.
• Foster a positive customer service culture and enhance patient and family satisfaction; ensure integrated care across the continuum.
• Oversee standardized care plans and patient education materials; track outcomes and adjust with leadership.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and safety guidelines.
• Assist with budgets to achieve financial performance and satisfaction targets; monitor budgets.
• Lead change through innovative programs and strategic initiatives.
• Coordinate activities with other departments; resolve resource and workflow issues.
• Ensure ethical, responsible operations within scope of position.
• Collaborate with Marketing and physician leadership to enhance reputation and payer relations.
• Drive business development and community outreach within the Head and Neck Center.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
