Job summary

The University of Southern California is seeking a Program Manager to drive growth, planning, programming, and operations for the Head and Neck Center and related services, including transitions of care between inpatient and outpatient settings.

Reporting to the Director of Clinical Operations, the PM will lead partnerships with clinicians, payers, and marketing, oversee care pathways, educate staff, and advance patient experience while targeting cost efficiency and service expansion across USC

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• 3+ years of healthcare operations experience, preferably in head and neck surgery.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills; excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison among ambulatory services, medical staff, and hospital leadership.
• Lead program growth, planning, and service line development across inpatient and outpatient settings.
• Oversee patient education, care pathways, and discharge processes with multidisciplinary teams.
• Develop payer relations and marketing collaborations to increase referrals and access.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to safety standards across operations.
• Manage budgets and drive cost-effective service delivery and patient experience.
