Job summary

Exos Partners, LLC in Minnesota is seeking a dynamic Water Aerobics Instructor to lead engaging group workouts for members across our facilities in St. Paul and Minneapolis.

You will develop routines for varying fitness levels, provide safe modifications, and foster an inclusive, motivating environment while staying current with industry trends. Candidates must have at least one year of group exercise experience, current group exercise certification, CPR/AED, and preferably First Aid; licensed

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of experience actively leading successful group exercise classes.
• Current nationally accredited group exercise certification (e.g. AFAA, ACE, ACSM, NETA) required.
• Current CPR/AED certification is mandatory; First Aid certification is strongly preferred.
• Instructors teaching licensed/branded formats (e.g. Zumba, Yoga) must also be trained and licensed to teach those specific formats.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate and inspire individuals in a group setting.
• Passion for fitness and promoting a healthy lifestyle.

Minimum rates may vary based on local wage laws. Pay is dependent on factors including site location, specialty, certifications and work experience as well as other business needs.
