Qualifications

• MLS/MLIS degree required.
• Minimum 3 years of professional library experience.
• Experience in healthcare, allied health, nursing, or career and technical education libraries preferred.
• Experience supervising staff and coordinating services across multiple campuses preferred.
• Strong instruction and research support skills including information literacy.

Responsibilities

• Provides research, instruction, and resource support to a diverse population of students and faculty.
• Implements information literacy instruction and supports accreditation processes.
• Manages library systems, databases, and digital access technology.
• Coordinates tutoring and study-skills services.
• Maintains confidentiality and compliance with FERPA and institutional policies.
• Collaborates with Provost and campus departments to boost engagement and success.
