Job summary

Chattanooga College MDTC seeks a Campus Director in Chattanooga, TN to provide senior on-site academic leadership to campus Directors, faculty, and staff, ensuring instructional quality, policy alignment, and daily campus operations. The role supports the Academic Affairs department and requires strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have a Master’s degree and at least 5 years in postsecondary education with leadership

Qualifications

• Master's degree in education, higher education administration, healthcare, business administration, or related field.
• At least 5 years in postsecondary education, including 3+ years supervising academic programs/faculty.
• Leadership experience in healthcare education, allied health, nursing, or career/technical education preferred.
• Experience with multiple programs, hybrid instruction, branch campus operations, and accreditation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides senior academic leadership to a diverse population of students, faculty, and staff, including regular progress updates.
• Oversees instruction, faculty performance, scheduling, assessment, compliance, and student support.
• Counsels and supports individuals through meetings to address academic concerns within delegated authority.
• Educates on institutional resources, policies, and course objectives.
• Implements technology solutions to promote efficiency, access, and success.
• Completes required professional development annually.
• Supports student services initiatives like advising, remediation, and tutoring referrals.
• Maintains documentation and records to ensure compliance with accreditation and FERPA.
