Convive Brands in Encino, CA seeks a Lead Kitchen Supervisor to oversee culinary operations, supplier coordination, and maintaining safety standards. You will train hourly staff, ensure recipes and SOPs are followed, and support a welcoming dining environment.

This role offers growth within a portfolio of brands including California Pizza Kitchen and Little Beet. The position requires 6–12 months of kitchen experience, a valid Food Handler’s Certification, and flexibility in scheduling.

Qualifications

• 6 to 12 months of related restaurant experience or training.
• Flexibility in schedule is highly preferred.
• General administrative and computer skills strongly preferred.

Responsabilités

• Oversee all culinary functions including food purchasing and receiving.
• Train hourly culinary team on recipes, food safety, and SOPs.
• Ensure menu items meet our standard of excellence and maintain quality.
• Conduct weekly inventory and keep kitchen clean and organized.
