CookUnity is hiring a Kitchen Supervisor in Los Angeles to oversee product reception, ensure quality, and support scheduling and team coordination in the kitchen. You will verify packing slips, coordinate with associates, and keep goods organized to meet high food-safety standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role in food production.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Comfortable lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Manage deliveries, returns, and equipment into the Kitchen.
• Operate pallet jack to move pallets of product.
• Check product temperatures as needed.
• Maintain organization of dry storage, walk-ins, and freezers.
• Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned by leaders.
• Help maintain a safe, clean, and well-organized workspace.
• Adhere to food safety standards and FIFO methods.
