Job summary

The Press Club Grill is seeking an Executive Kitchen Manager to oversee all kitchen and dining room operations, lead the culinary team, and ensure food quality and guest experience meet company standards.

You will train staff, enforce safety and sanitation, manage inventory and scheduling, coordinate with management on menu changes and promotions, and drive hospitality and outstanding service across shifts.

Qualifications

• High-volume restaurant experience required.
• Demonstrated leadership skills including coaching and motivating a team.
• Culinary interest with commitment to continued culinary development.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with a positive and outgoing personality
• Must enjoy and be able to succeed in a fast-paced and high stress work environment.
• Ongoing current Food Safety Manager certification

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct all kitchen and dining room operations.
• Train all team members using certification processes.
• Ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Oversee food safety and health department readiness.
• Plan and direct menu item rollout and LTOs.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and cost controls.
• Lead pre-shift meetings and shift execution.
