Job summary

Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic Housekeeping Supervisor to lead housekeeping teams and uphold high cleanliness and safety standards at our property in Nashville. You will ensure supplies, train staff on safety, and supervise daily housekeeping operations to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in a housekeeping leadership role, excellent time management, and the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills required.
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
• Ability to exceed guest and team expectations.
• Excellent time management skills required.

Responsibilities

• Inspect suites and public areas to ensure cleanliness and repairs.
• Ensure associates have supplies, equipment, and uniform.
• Train associates on safety standards and enforce them.
• Perform housekeeping duties including making beds, vacuuming, and cleaning.
• Update status of discrepant rooms during shift.
• Randomly inspect rooms for cleanliness.
• Handle opening and closing shift duties.
• Notify management of maintenance needs.
• Monitor hotel cleanliness including exterior areas.
• Act as Manager on Duty when required.
• Work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Perform other duties to meet business objectives.
