Job description

Your Day to Day

We supervise a small team of housekeeping and laundry employees at a limited‑service or extended‑stay hotel. Assist the Operations Manager in ensuring product quality standards and optimal service. Perform scheduling, room cleaning assignments, and perform housekeeping duties (making beds, vacuuming, cleaning suites). Train employees, monitor performance, and recommend disciplinary actions. Inspect rooms and public areas for cleanliness, advise on deficiencies, and provide training as needed. Respond to guest complaints and take corrective action. Notify management when supply levels are low. Promote teamwork and quality service; coordinate with Front Office and Maintenance. Maintain procedures for lost and found items. Assist with other duties as assigned.

What We Need From You

• High School Diploma or equivalent plus 1 year housekeeping experience with supervisory training.
• Fluent English.
• Availability to work varying shifts across a 7‑day period, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
• Physical ability to carry or lift up to 50 pounds and push/pull roughly 200 pounds.
• Frequently standing, moving, and handling equipment.
• Strong communication, reading and writing, basic math, and problem solving skills.
• May be required to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays.
