Job summary

Sage Haus in Laurel Springs, north of Atlanta, seeks a Household Manager / Family Assistant to keep a fast-paced home running smoothly. The role is full-time, 30–40 hours weekly, with a schedule Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–4:00 PM and occasional evenings or weekends.

You will manage administrative tasks, oversee vendors, coordinate travel and family logistics, supervise household staff, assist with errands, pet care, and light maintenance.

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• CPR/First Aid certified or willing to obtain.
• Reliable personal transportation with a valid driver's license.
• Smoke-free environment and fragrance-free workspace.
• Passport preferred (or openness to obtaining one).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate personal and household appointments and travel logistics.
• Represent the family professionally in written and verbal communication.
• Oversee cleaners, contractors, landscapers, and all household vendors.
• Manage property upkeep schedules and cross-property coordination.
• House-sit during family travel and manage utilities and security.
• Coordinate pickups/drop-offs for teen and light errands.
