Cape Fear Country Club Inc. seeks a Head Golf Professional to lead the golf operation with a focus on outstanding member experiences and program excellence. You will collaborate with staff to manage tournaments, instruction, and merchandise coordination, while upholding the Club’s rich heritage.

Ideal candidates are PGA-affiliated, results-driven, and capable of mentoring staff, with a passion for enhancing member satisfaction and the overall golf experience at a historic Wilmington club.

Responsibilities

• Provide exemplary service to members and guests.

• Act as an ambassador for the Club and promote the golf operation.
• Assist the Director of Golf in managing an extensive tournament schedule.
• Oversee merchandise operations, inventory, promotions and sales.
