Invited in Temple, TX is seeking a Head Golf Professional to elevate member experiences through expert instruction, exceptional service, and strategic event programming. You will oversee pro shop operations, coordinate clinics, and lead revenue-driving initiatives while fostering a welcoming, inclusive club environment.

The role requires PGA/LPGA certification, 5+ years in golf operations and customer service, and strong leadership to mentor staff and engage members across all ages.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in golf operations and customer service.
• PGA or LPGA Certification is mandatory.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Passion for promoting golf and member engagement.

Responsabilités

• Deliver efficient, friendly service in the pro shop.
• Provide high-quality golf instruction to members/guests per Invited and PGA/LPGA standards.
• Develop clinics, private lessons, and programs for adults, juniors, and seniors.
• Lead tournaments and events and promote club activities.
• Oversee staff including marshals, starters, and shop attendants.
• Plan and manage annual golf calendar and revenue strategies.
• Ensure staff training and adherence to club policies.
